I’m exhausted from taking apart this extruder

Beautiful, HC_1234. Although ludicrous that we have to mod a brand-new printer to fix an engineering oversight.

We have new mandatory procedures for testing this printer. Use it (with custom Z offset, custom flow rate, and by slicing and sending to printer then walking over to it and printing the file (because different Z offset)) then when done, pressing the MOTORS OFF button so that the extruder doesn’t overheat.

Maybe, just open all the covers for PETG?
Sorry, we’re not often printing PETG.

Yup. I also had to turn the motor off after each print. But now after adding the extruder cooling, no need to turn it off. So far, I have not disassemble the extruder at all this week. Which is a huge improvement. Tested higher temp materials with 110c bed and 55c chamber temp, all good now.
