My printer stopped printing with no error, and the only clue was a tip displayed on the front LED screen, as in the title of this.
My tests showed it wasn’t a slicing error as the problem occurred when I reprinted a successful print via the front panel. A power cycle (off/on) using the switch on the rear made no difference.
Online reading suggested a factory reset, including the history, didn’t fix the problem, as one of the factory-supplied models stopped printing during the first layer.
An email to support went unanswered so more reading found a suggestion that changing the voltage selection (240 to 115 to 240v) may help!
With nothing to lose, I tried this and it worked, unbelievable!
I realised that I had removed the power lead to change the selection and that this was more likely the reason for the fix/bodge.
A total power reset not just the switch - which has always worked for me!
Hopefully, this may help someone if they have the same problem
