I managed to get it working last night, but the file with recommended settings was missed greatly.

Now I have all the files its time to play!

Still no response from Creality help!

Yeah - that’s all you really need.

And I doubt you’ll hear from them. Worst customer service ever. I’ve stopped reaching out with any issues. I just go to the internet.

I’m in the market for another one and I’m 100% going with another brand.

I read another post from @PapaJohn on how to recover the files on the card which worked so I am not in need of a copy any more.
