Hello Community.
i’ve beed through really rough time with first layer of my K1Max
I’ve rooted the Printer, Leveled bed hundred of times, changed Z offset, changed Extruder, checked the bowden tube, used KAMP, and STILL i get layer like this. Whatever i do, my printer still calibrate, so i get this kind of first layer. Any ideas what can i do more?
Hello Jarlaxle,
I may be wrong, but from the look of it, it looks like the surface of the bed plate needs cleaning (fingerprints ?).
Take it to the kitchen sink and give it a wash using washing liquid.
Dry it and then put it on the printer.
Then wipe it over with a clean microfiber cloth using >90% Isopropyl Alcohol .
Cheers.
Thank you for answer. Yes, it need clearing, but its like my 50-100 printed plate and just got tired of washing it. Unfortunately it was washed couple of times and its not the issue that we are looking
Hello @Jarlaxle …!
Welcome to the Creality Forum…!
First of all what slicer are you using…?
How are you changing the Z offset?
What temps and filament are you using so we can better understand this…?
Thanks…
I’m using orcaslicer and Fluidd
Z offset doesnt change a thing, because i just make a problem worse (if i go with up, it just worsen the low left side, if i go down it worsen top right side). Im changing it by fluidd or by g code
I use 210-220 extruder and 50-60 bed temp.
I tried 3 different filaments but now im experimenting on Creality ender fast white
