K1 Max + CFS-C offline

Hi I’m having an issue with the K1 max showing offline after I updated it with the CFS-C.

After loading the firmware for the CFS-C the printer shows offline no matter what I do.

The IP Address changed after the firmware update, but I’m unable to scan the QR code to reconnect it to the Creality app ( It shows a connection issue).

The printer is connected to the network, I can see the IP on the network, the router even says it’s using data!

If I try to go the IP address to see the klipper screen I get a 404 error.

I’ve tried downloading the latest firmware from the Creality site (no luck), I’ve tried forcing the IP address back to what it was using SSH (no luck). I’ve removed all restriction on the router to make sure it’s not a firewall issue (no luck).

Anyone have any advice for me?

Is this a K1 Max 2025 or 2026?

As stated on their wiki the upgrade kit is NOT for K1C and K1Max from 2025

Sorry for only getting back to you now. It’s the K1 max board number CR4CU0812S12.

I’ve plugged my PC in and cloned it back to 1.3.3.5, when I try to update to CR4CU220812S12_ota_X2000E_V1.1.0.27.20260428.img all internet connections stop.

In creality software I can see the printer if I import it via the ip address, but the creality cloud (QR code shows QR refresh failed) doesn’t work and I can’t connect or check my prints from the web

You need to upload the latest firmware CR4CU220812S12_ota_X2000E_V1.1.0.27.20260703. There the connection via Ethernet is fixed.
