K1 Max Random restarts and print position shifts on continue - Customer Support ??? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I receive the following error randomly on my K1 Max.

Tips
Improper operation detected
from last attempt

If I select resume, the whole print will shift slightly from the original base. i.e. - It is almost as if the improper operation was a “relative move” of the printhead.

I have both the K1 and the K1 Max. Unfortunately my K1 Max has not been usable for the last 6 months. Coincidently my warranty expired 6 months ago as well. My printer still not working is not from a lack of effort on either Creality’s side, or from mine. There is a point at which one (in this case Creality in my opinion) has to acknowledge that everything that has been tried, from replacing circuit boards, to various cables, (the list goes on and on) is getting no where in trying to get the device working again. In such a case, it would be my hope that a company that touts it’s commitment to customer service, would come up with a solution that is suitable for both parties involved.
I had been planning on purchasing a K2 Plus ever since the first time I heard of the printer. Up until that point my experiences with Creality support was stellar, then my K1 Max had an issue that has not yet been resolved. If support cannot figure out how to get my K1 Max working again (cost not the issue), then why would I feel comfortable about laying out another $2,000+ on a 3D printer that honestly I don’t believe in their ability to “FULLY” support their product.

Sorry for the rant. I JUST WANT MY K1 MAX WORKING AGAIN.
