I have a K1 Max with the CR4CU220812S12 motherboard, but it currently has firmware version 2.3.5.34 (provided by FlashDrive from CFS Upgrade Kit) installed. I need to update it to the correct version, which is 1.1.0.27, according to the official website (https://www.crealitycloud.com/downloads/firmware/flagship-series/k1-max). However, when I insert the USB flash drive with the firmware image, nothing happens.
I also received a new K1 MAX 2025 today. The installed firmware is V1.0.0.25.20251015S.
When I try to update via the cloud, the printer claims that my version is the latest.
When I use a USB stick, the file is ignored.
