I have had nothing but trouble with the K2 and the CFS system. I seriously can’t believe how poorly made and executed such an expensive item can be. There is literally no help from the company other than terrible notes or videos. I called the support number and they said they wouldn’t help without there being an email support ticket first. I am just so upset. I don’t know even know where to go from here. I am just warning anyone from buying this product. Simply don’t do it.
What issues are you having?
I have had a K2 Combo for 6 moths with out any issues with the printer or the CFS. I print manly with PETG which can give problems.

Hi friend, i am sorry youre experiencing these issues.
that being said, Creality is a great brand and the K2 combo isa beast of a machine. im assuming your issues are coming from improper usage and storage of consumable - filaments..
you need a dryer,all newly bought filament,no matter how well it was sealed with the desiccant pack needs drying. get the Creality Dryer BOX 2.0 as its more afforadable but works just as good as the space pi.. dry all filaments before use .
