K2 Plus - 10-Hour Print Failing ~75% Through, No Error Code

I’ve been using the K2 Plus for about six months with generally good results, but recently I’ve run into a frustrating issue.

When attempting longer prints (~10 hours, ~350g), the printer consistently stops around 75% of the way through. The failure point isn’t consistent — it varies from print to print — and no error code is displayed when it happens.

From what I can tell, the nozzle or extruder gears seem to clog mid-print, preventing material from extruding. This has occurred four times now.

I’ve tried retracting and then extruding to get the filament flowing again, which usually works temporarily. To troubleshoot, I’ve already replaced both the nozzle and the extruder, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this with the K2 Plus? Any suggestions on what to check next — firmware, thermal issues, slicer settings, or something else?

Printing PLA ?
Always the same model or different long models ?

It’s the same model. I’ve tried different slicing techniques. Yesterday, I replaced the 0.4 mm nozzle, installed new gears, and reran the print. It stopped about 85% of the way through with error code CM2784-e.
For reference, the filament is on the side spool holder to minimize resistance. I’m printing with Creality Hyper-PLA.
