I am so over this machine, it is by far the WORST unit I’ve ever bought. I will never purchase another Creality product after this, It is made as cheap as possible. This POS “buffer” that sits on the back that facilitates the CFS color change is unreal bad. Now I have to order a new one because 9 out of 10 times the filament fails to get through, get’s jammed, routes through a wrong hole, etc. Like wtf? Honestly going to try and sell this thing at this point because I do not have the time to tinker with this crap, this is costly unit – if it was an Ender 3, sure. But I paid a premium to not have to tinker with this thing every time I fire it up. Junk junk junk.
Did you get a replacement buffer? Some times things do break off or break apart to cause such an issue. But I have multiple creality multicolor printers with the same buffer and I have no issues with them.

Mine has been pretty good. It did not like the Creality Luminous filiment. No matter what I did it would jam up. I figured out that the filament was too soft. I had a non-creality filament jam once but I dried it overnight and then it ran fine.
Like many others I have taken off 1 turn from the spring because it’s too strong. It would often distort the filament and cause jams anywhere after that. An easy mod but don’t be tempted to take off more than 1 turn
I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad experience it really can take over your emotions when things just don’t work right I haven’t had a whole lot of issues with my three cfs and the buffer on the back but manufacturing has their allowable tolerances aswell so there’s bound to be a few that slip through I hope you can get things squared away and can experience all the good Creality has to offer
