Welcome to the community.

For the best possible feedback, it would help to understand what troubleshooting steps you have performed so far. Will not load, will not unload can be caused by dozens of issue ranging from minor to hardware failure.

First question. Did you check the troubleshooting wiki? It is pretty well laid out.

If the problem is with the CFS here’s a good place to start:

If the problem is with the buffer, check this one out:

  1. How long have you had your K2 and did the CFS ever work?
  2. Is the cable connected and do you have status lights?
  3. When you say, will not load, will not unload. How are you engaging the filament?
  • Engaging through the front panel of the K2 touch screen
  • Engaging through the slicer
  • Using manual feed and the spool is simply not engaging?
  1. Do you have status lights on the front? If you can upload a picture we can immediately determine the current state of your CFS. As an example, if there is no spool loaded in a slot but the indicator light is lit, then that would point to CFS hub clog or broken filament in the path.
  2. if you have no lights, that’s either a cable failure or hardware failure. That could be fixed as quickly as reconnecting the CFS cables while power cycling the K2.
  3. Do you have one or more CFS? In that case, show us a picture of how you have it wired.
  4. Have you removed all the filament from the nozzle through the buffer and into the CFS?

CFS clog issues can seem complicated at first, the good news is that the vast majority are easy to fix.
