K2 PLUS COMBO MANUFACTURER ERROR

It’s been a wile when I got problem with my printer! First I spend couple of days trying to communicate with distributor and they transfer me to creality support. After more than a week nobody listen my problem! I think they have pattern how to answer emails and nobody reads it! Now after more than two weeks my printer still not working and they still keep telling me that I need to check slicer parameters and other things BUT MY PRINTER WANT PASS INITIAL STARTUP SETTINGS!! I also recorded and sended everything to support and their answer was to turn off printer :exploding_head::exploding_head:

I think that Creality is the worst printer you can ever buy!! You don’t have any support and even after only 250h (how much my printer has) you start getting this problems and nobody wanna solve it! Try to avoid buying CREALITY!!!

What do you mean exactly ?
If the benchy gcode that was already pre-set in the printer is not working, that’s not a slicer issue

Have you tried to flash the firmware ? :sweat_smile:
