Make sure where the filament goes in the head, that the interface lock for the tubing didn’t break apart. When it does piece of it fall down in to the extruder head and damage the filament cutter too. If that is the case there are several fixes out there (that require another printer to print a repair part), or you need to order a new front extruder and cutter knives.
I have a new extruder from Creality, but I prefer to use the new part and better interface lock that the original Creality part.
