After several successful prints, now my buffer starts acting up about midways through a print. Filament will feed fine when bypassing the buffer. Printer is about 4 or 5 months old. Is there any product support available from Creality? I already have a K1 Max and purchased a CFS-C and I am scared to death to hook it up after reading the horror stories from other users. What should my next step be? Operate and hope that I can repair it, or try to get Creality to honor a defective part?
Hi, check on the back of the printer at the filament buffer (the little box the CFS feeds into.) There is a silver spring visible there - make sure it is not misaligned. Had that get misaligned once, and it produces the same symptoms you are describing.
