Update on my two K2 Pro printers.
Both were purchased on Ebay both seller said “Official Creality Store”, I found out one printer (#1) is a Creality direct sale and the other printer (#2) was sold by a company owned by a Creality company but is required to service printers they sold.

The printer sold by the reseller (#1): 1 month later, I was told I needed to replace the Y-axis motor. The motor arrived on 7/28. The next day I watched the video for replacing the motor. The motor is attached to a bracket with tensioning wheels. The video made it look fairly easy to change out the motor. I got to the point of sliding the gear/shaft of the motor under the bracket it is attached to. In the video it came out easy. I tried different ways of twisting, different angles, nothing worked. I went back and noticed the printer they had was different. The video had a fan below the motor with only 1/3 of the fan was directly below it. Looked at my printer and it has a shroud sticking out directly under the motor and completely covering the motor.
The “L” shaped bracket has screws on two sides of the printer in the corner. One set of screws are under the glued in side glass. The shroud has no screws to take it off and is either molded into the backboard of the printer.

I contacted CS@creality and after a few days I received this email:
Thank you for your waiting.
Based on the video, do you think it’s possible to replace the Y-axis motor assembly by removing the upper shell?
You can refer to the tutorial to see if this is possible:

Go to the WIKI page, it’s almost humorous.

Printer (#2 )
There was an issue with the hot end and extruder. I went through the extruder cleaning up any filament. Now it can print. Why I got so many errors, I have no clue.
The CFS isn’t recognized by the printer. More were shipped and waiting for them. The CFS system has a problem with removing one of the cables between the printer and CFS while the printer is on. With all of the troubleshooting, I probably pull the cable while it was on. Hopefully the parts coming will solve that problem.

Of the all of the problems with the 2 printers, I have 50% of one printer solved with more parts arriving in 2 day and the other is in the same state it was a month a go, an expensive boat anchor.
