I have used this a little over a month after getting this for Christmas. Worked great until a few days ago. Runs through calibration OK, I did input shaping. But it crashes hard into side at the beginning of every print. Even prints that worked a week ago.
You could try power down and lubricate all guide rails and the Z axis lead screws. I use WD 40 Specialist Silicone Spray. If you spray some into a small container (I use an egg cup) and then apply it to all the surfaces with an art paint brush it is very easy and no mess. I always remove the build plate and lay a cloth over the hot bed just in case you get a small drop of lube where you don’t want it.
There are no axis limit switches on these machines as they rely on pressure sensors instead so a little bit of extra resistance can really upset the homing process. If that happens you need to cycle the power (turn it off and on). Usually this will reset the homing cycle.
This is a very common problem with these machines and there are a lot of solutions out there on Google but I have found this approach keeps my machine humming along nicely.
