After I did the upgrade last month, January 2026 I get the above errors every time i try to print a second print. It doesn’t matter if I do the same Print or send a new print to the printer. I just updated to the latest update yesterday, hoping that would correct it. It did not. I have to shut down the printer and start it over every time I want to print.
Any Ideas.
Have you don a factory reset after the firmware update it fixed mij z axis problems. That occurred after 2 days printing with the new firmware. Never had any z axis errors before only one time when there was still a model on the plate. The factory reset only have worked when you need to put in the wifi password. When you dont need to do that and the printer i directly online the reset was a soft reset not a clean one.
I just did the factory reset as you mentioned, Now I cannot print even one print. Not sure why.
I get the following errors:
BM2355, MCU task scheduling failed , possibly due to high load or communications issues.
xs2060, system error, try restarting.
On the slicer screen:
code/?: key60 “MSG, internal error on command bed_mesh_calibrate”, “values”, (“bed_mesh_calibrate”)
After the factory reset it seems the configuration was not restored correctly.
The bed_mesh_calibrate error usually points to a corrupted or conflicting bed mesh configuration.
I would suggest trying the following:
Completely power off the printer and unplug it from power for 2 minutes (fully discharge it).
Reflash the firmware using a freshly downloaded copy (even if it’s the same version).
Immediately perform another factory reset after flashing.
Make sure you are required to re-enter your WiFi password.
If you are not prompted for WiFi, then it was not a full clean reset.
Run a full self-check / auto-calibration before starting any print.
The combination of BM2355 and the bed_mesh_calibrate error usually indicates a firmware/configuration conflict rather than a hardware issue.
I have been emailing back and forth with Creality support since I posted this. I did a printer factory reset and then I couldn’t print at all. As soon as it tried to set the Z height it would stop , turn off the light and lock up the printer. Numerous emails and mostly one line requests. They sent me a link to WIKI for how to access the Z drives. I did a calibration and it said the belt test failed. I looked up how to fix that and adjusted the belts per the video. I adjusted the two Allen wrench screws 2 turns and re ran the test. It passed the belt test. Then it printed perfectly and even a second print. It am now on my second day of printing a full scale head bust of my daughter. Yea.
