Laser lights do not come on, the laser is on and active but air, fire and lens are not lit up

I have tried to update several times, have installed the third motherboard, updated it, still nothing from the laser, it will cut, the laser itself is active but the lights won’t light up? Is this a bad laser? This would be the second laser, wondering if it’s a bad one?

Did you try to troubleshoot the connection where the cable from laser is plugged in. It could be down to a bad pin connection from the plug.
