The latest update on my K1C was BAD. The printer no longer recognizes my flash drive and also shows offline on the app. I verified it’s all good with my firewall. And I verified my flash drive was not wiped (files still in tact) I need help figuring this out as I only have limited knowledge on both topics. I’ve tried hunting on the web to no avail. Maybe I’m not using the correct key words. Last ditch, when I searched for reverting to previous version i.e. pre-update it is very limited on details as of which are beyond my understanding.
