Layer height and print times

I have an Ender 3 V3 KE and I’m playing around with the layer height settings. I have a couple of questions.

  1. When I change the layer height from 0.2 to 0.1, I get a faster print time. Why is this? I would expect it to be longer given the greater detail.
  2. When I change the layer height, do other settings automatically change to adjust?

Sounds like a bug. Mine definitely says it take longer with finer layers. Which slicer are you using?
