Hello, I recently acquired a K1C. I know it has a white light that must be used to see the process when it’s dark. I know it has it because when it’s calibrated, it turns on and off by itself. Also, in the Creality Cloud app and on the physical screen of the printer itself, there’s a button that turns off the light. The problem is that when I press it, nothing happens.
