Nebula Camera detected randomly?

Hello
I have an Ender 3V3 SE with the Nebula Smart Kit.
The camera doesn’t connect to the machine’s alumage, I have to turn it off and on several times for it to be detected.
I’ve connected the Nebula to the machine’s usb-c port for additional power (g-sensor + Camera).

Do you have the same problem?

Do you have the nebula pad? i think it should be connected via that rather than USB-C.

I’ve just done it, but the G-sensor is no longer detected.
I’d read somewhere that it needed an external power supply to work at the same time as the camera, otherwise there wasn’t enough power in the pad to power both.
As a result, if I use an independent power supply, the pad stays on (even when the machine is switched off) and if I plug it into the usb-c, the camera is only recognized from time to time.
Do you think I should root my nebula pad to solve all my problems, or will it change nothing?

It’s okay, I made a mistake! The cable at the back had disconnected
Thanks a lot @Bonfireman !

I don’t think that you need to root it, but it would just to gain klipper functions.
