Nebula Smart Kit Install Problem

Hi.
My new Ender 3 V3 SE arrived 2 days ago, bundled with the Nebular Smart Kit which I am having trouble installing.
I’ve tried 2 correctly formatted SD cards loaded only with the firmware ‘Ender3V3SE_firmware.bin’ from - ‘Creality Nebula Smart Kit Firmware - Creality’.
The system goes through several screens successfully until selecting my printer. I select the SE and the screen displays ‘Creality Connecting’ for a few minutes before the final screen which says ‘Warning, system error, try restarting’. I’ve attempted the install many times and always with the same result. The original control pad has been refitted, and the machine works perfectly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to say, the G-sensor is NOT connected when attempting the install.

Does anyone from Creality technical monitor these topicss, or is the forum independent?

I am suffering the same problem, getting the same results each time, My installations attempts fail each time with the report screen “nozzle too large”, whatever that means. Has anyone successfully installed this unit? If so, can they provide any tips.

I’m having exactly this problem, I bought my Ender 3 V3 SE a little over a month ago and yesterday my Nebula Smart Kit arrived, I did the tutorial and it gave me the same error as you, I would like to know if you have a solution or support from Creality
