I have a Creality K1C with the CR4CU220812S12 (V1.3) motherboard.
My printer got stuck on “System preparing, please wait” after a factory reset. I have already replaced the toolhead PCB, hotend, cable, and checked all connections.
The motherboard is still detected by Windows as “Ingenic USB BOOT DEVICE”, and USB Cloner connects successfully (“Core connected”), so the board does not appear to be dead.
My problem is that I cannot find the correct .ingenic recovery file for this motherboard. I only have the normal firmware .img file (version 1.1.0.27), but USB Cloner requires a .ingenic recovery image.
Can anyone provide the correct .ingenic recovery file for the CR4CU220812S12 board, or explain the correct recovery procedure?
