Need help by calibration from x an y axis

Hello, I need help by calibration the E-Steps for x and y axis on the ender 3v3. I see a slightly difference in my calibration cube.
There is nothing to finde the procedure to actual the E - Steps in Firmware.

I think you should be looking for rotation distance rather than e-steps.
