Finally got my Ender 3 V3 KE printer in after several mishaps on the shipping. Got is all put together, made a test print, came out quick ! And not too bad for ABS. first print|690x390 Ready for 2nd trial print and got this error msg

Can’t get away from the error msg, Every time I turn on the printer the msg is there. And tried to load factory defaults and got stuck here

Hope fully Creality will see this and help - already written and nothing yet!

Have a read of this, seems to be pinched wires to the CRtouch

Thank you Bonfireman, I’ve read it, tore apart the BL Touch, no wires twisted or pinched.

Just what I wanted to do with a new printer out of the box, I’m sure there is no such thing as quality control over there as it is here in the states

Hopefully after I put it back together, it’ll work xxx crossing my fingers

Well that was a waste of 20mins, in the cold! Garage shop, Oregon 34 outside

Got it apart, no visible kinks

Even switched out the PTFE for a Capricorn one
, twist or pinches on the Touch.

Broke one of the little latches holding the Touch body together, no screws just snap together put a little lube on the plunger, wiped off the excess. Those connectors are tiny.

It’s together and the error is the same. Nojoy

Hopefully one of the engineers will contact me with a working solution.
