Hello, I bought a K1 Max about a month ago. The nozzle jammed and would not unjam, so I removed the nozzle. However, the nozzle came off, but the bar stayed in the heat sink and will not come out. I cannot find any information on how to get this out or replace it. The chat bot just keeps telling me to remove the nozzle.
I would just order a new hotend on Amazon. $32.

Have you tried heating it up with a torch and use a pair of pliers t remove it.

There is a little allen screw on the back of this alu part, without losening that allen screw you will not get the part out…
So no heating, no pliers, just loosen the allen screw….
