Good afternoon I have just experienced an issue in creality print 7 the online model tab does not work it says no files or words to that effect I can access creality cloud from my windows desk top but the online model button is easier if I am in the software has anyone have any ideas I have checked network and reset it back up but still not working

         I dont know why your not able to get to the online models . 
Im new on here but most of the day my K1C has been running and every time i tried
looking at the models it worked fine so I dont think its an issue at the online
models end and as you say you have checked connection and network settings your end, so im stumped as to what it could be , Hope you get it sorted soon . there were some nice looking models on there

Hi I have tried everything my creality print is version 7 it loads files but when I search for files it says none found I have reinstalled creality print and still I have problems I have creality cloud on my laptop so it’s no big deal just annoying

Maybe your searching a name that doesnt exist in the online models , try a search for Locomotive , I just tried and it gave me a page full of loco related stuff

I haven’t had any issues with it loading, though the search function is really horrible. Most searches bring up stuff not even close to what I searched for.
