PETG trailing on Ender KE

Hey, I’m new to printing and have an Ender v3 KE, I’ve only used so far PLA without issues, and wanted to try my hand at PETG for some models I want to print, well, I bought a roll of SUNLU PETG from Amazon, dried it on the bed for almost 12 hours and started with the calibrations, but I haven’t been able to do it because the nozzle just trails material from the purge line and the skirt, the first layer never gets to settle and if it does, it looks like underextrusion (although I don’t think it is) it’s just the nozzle dragging material from somewhere through the whole bed making a mess and then dropping the spaghetti monster somewhere else.

I’ve tried with the stock profile for CR-PETG from creality print, increasing the Z offset, slowing the speeds, removing the socket to check it wasn’t leaking from the top, nothing, right from the start the material just sticks to the nozzle and drags to the bed. Any ideas of what I should do?
