Hello Creality support;

I have been working for hours trying to get this upgrade to see my wifi K1 SE Printer. I can ping the ip address assigned by the router. I reloaded 5.1 and it allowed me to setup the printer ok. I download later the latest update it loaded fine but never allowed me to select the printer from a list. When the software started if I tried to select a printer I get a new window that is blank and you can’t proceed. I have to open the task manager and kill Crealityprint. I tried uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller and it wiped everything! I doubled check everything on the computer c:\user\apps etc. all was deleated. I rebooted the computer and reloaded 6.2 again would not see any printer. You dont seem to offer a way to get to config.json to either delete it or edit its content. From what I can tell I don’t think the config.json file was created! You should make a step somewhere to do a reinstall that makes the software think it is a fresh load. And if it does not see a good config.json file, look to reinstall a printer. You dropped the ball on addressing this issue. Just for information, I wiped windows and reinstalled it worked perfectly it opened the window to install a printer via WIFI it automatically found it on my network and worked perfectly. So I then restored my drive and of course it did not work. Also, I had killed defender and no other virus software was loaded, so that is not the issue. So what is the magic to fix this problem?

Thank you for addressing my problem. I can’t wait to hear from you!
