When you start printing, the printer displays the error “TE2564: The nozzle is not heating up as expected, and it is not heating up and cannot print.” In fact, the nozzle is not heating up at all (32 degrees), and if you try to heat it from the menu, it does not heat up either.
HI firebot,
I would check the following:
1) make sure the 2 nozzle plugs are fitted to the board correctly.
2) inspect the nozzle wires to make sure they are not damaged or broken.
3) Test the resistance between the nozzle heater wires, mine is 5.3 ohms, but I believe 4-6 ohms is acceptable.
Good luck.
