print head doesn't go back up ?

I have a Creality Ender-3 V3 KE and at the end of a print the print head doesn’t go back up, is this normal?

You mean all the way to the top of the gantry frame, maximum Z? Mine has never done that. It will finish a print, raise the head enough so that it doesn’t hit anything then move out of the way. The bed normally goes to the back position and the head furthest left.
