Printing problems with PLA

I have some trouble with the look of my printed parts. There’s some holes on the two faces of my parts. I need help.

I tried all theese things ;

-increase the wall line count
-reduce the speed for the outer wall, the initial layer and the top/bottom speed

Looking at the ragged edge and the tearing I would say your Z offset is a little too close to the bed, adjust it back a little.
