Problems with Printing TPU on a flat surface

Trying to improve the finish on flat/top surfaces when printing TPU85. Any suggestions on how to improve the print quailty. I have printed 5 of these and 2 have had these imperfections. Is this an over extrusion?

Increase nozzle and bed temp. for my bed temp >60°C and nozzle 220°C helped a lot.

also the maximum volumetric speed should not exceed 2mm³/s;

for HP-TPU, the maximum volumetric speed should not exceed 3mm³/s

My TPU settings are:

Strength → Infill
Sparse infill density: 6%
Sparse infill pattern: Gyroid
Speed → First layer speed
First Layer: 45 mm/s
First Layer infill: 45 mm/s
Speed → Other layers speed
Outer wall: 60 mm/s
Inner wall: 60 mm/s
Sparse infill: 60 mm/s
INternal Solid infill: 60 mm/s
Top surface: 60 mm/s
Gap infill: 60 mm/s

The key for TPU is slow speed and high temp.

And NO fan!
At least on the transparent version, I find the fan makes it hazy.

I run TPU a little faster, 90-120 mm/s

But I also use a DXC Extruder.
