Uninstalled windows updates
Updated firmeware via android to 1.3.8
Installed CS 3.3.25, then 3.3.46…still nothing. Cant connect to scanner.
Its visible in devices ass a 3 types of camere without any warnings
WTF with it???
Its normally working on windows 10 at my another computer.
Any help???
Same here, now computer with win11, no possibilities to uninstall updates, and the scanner not works, any comment with this creality?

Scan Raptor worked fine when we got it (late 2024) got hit with the Windows update and removed it, so back to working. Then was out of the shop for 2 weeks and when I came back my computer had auto-updated and it had been more than 10 days, so I can’t uninstall anything. My Android phone won’t recognize my scanner either. When I talk to Creality Customer Service, they act like they don’t already knoww about the situation. My school has spent $1,500 USD on an item that has worked for 4 weeks out of the last 8 months. Help!
Ahh, that’s frustrating — I’ve had random stuff break after Windows updates too, even things that were working perfectly fine for years. Kinda makes you nervous every time that “restart required” popup shows up 
Not sure if it helps, but when I had issues with my older setup, I ended up trying naps2 scanner download for windows 7 just to get basic scanning done without all the driver headaches. It’s pretty barebones, but sometimes that’s all you need when everything else just stops working.
Anyone here had any luck getting RAPTOR working again after the update?
