I asked Creality where I could buy a replacement nozzle. Here is their reply:

And do you find it normal that spare parts are not available?
Thank you for yours replies. It’s truly surprising that Creality’s technical support isn’t able to provide the correct information. This doesn’t reassure me in case I unfortunately have a problem with my machine.
