I am considering purchasing either the Creality K2 Pro or the K2 Plus.
Due to space constraints, I only have 70 cm of vertical clearance, and I will not be using the CFS.
I am unsure where the filament is loaded;
approximately how much additional height is required beyond the height of the unit itself?

高さ70cmもあればＣＦＳは置けますよ。
メンテナンスを考えると設置は高さより背面に回り込めるスペースが必要だと思います。
重いので・・・。 
購入前にメンテナンスやエラーの情報をよく読まれて判断された方が良いですよ。

According to the catalog, the K2 Pro is 573mm tall and the CFS is 276mm tall, so I don’t think it will fit if the CFS is placed on top. (I assume the “K2 Pro Combo” refers to the configuration with the CFS mounted on top?)
I want to place it on a two-tier cart/rack, but the lower shelf has only 70cm of clearance. (The upper shelf is occupied by a Creality Falcon 10W.)
Where is the filament loaded?
If it is possible to operate with just 6cm of clearance above the unit, I am considering placing the CFS to the side and installing the K2 Plus (64cm tall) instead.

レイアウトを検討するときは３DCADで行うと分かりやすいと思います。
幅・高さ・奥行、他の製品との関係も正確です。
そうでなければ概要図を同じスケールにしてコピーしたものをカットして並べるのも良いと思います。
正面図、上面図だけでも良いと思います。
エラーやメンテナンスの時、天板ガラスを外すことが多くなると思います。
思った以上に揺れるので自作した台を補強しました。
