My Ferret got disconneced while upgrading FW and now all I see is a device called Orbbec Booatloader(UVC) (in Windows). In Creality Scan I see no device. Is there any way I can manually flash a new FW using Creality or Orbbec tools?
This is not trivial to fix if it doesn’t show in Creality Scan anymore, I’ll send it to the tech support for the scanners sometimes they have an idea. They should be back to work tomorrow and have an idea what to do hopefully.
