Total Newbie and I have yet to put together my New Ender V3. I have downloaded the Creality Print software, it launches, but when I select the Preferences (cog) icon the software locks up.
Any help appreciated…

I’m just curious as to which version of Creality Print you are using. I have the latest version Creality Print 6.1.2.2458 and have no issues. It may be worth checking for the latest version as it sometimes helps.
