have tried everything on my Hi printer it self levels and then starts to print to far up on the Z axis I am at a loss. Ssomeone help please
Reset to factory defaults and do auto level calibration?
Reinstall your Creality Print?
Latest Creality Print version, latest Hi firmware?
Go onto http://your.creality.hi.ip:4408 and open your Console, clear the log (click the dustbin icon) and then use your Hi touch screen to go into Settings and Calibration and do an Auto Leveling calibration. Copy the contents of the log file and past it here so we can see.
Record a video and upload it here so we can help you.
If you haven’t already, do an auto level calibration and see what is does. If it is still too high, you can adjust the Z-offset in Creality Print. Just open your printers profile and find the z-offset. If you wanto have it lower, go into the negative value but do it in small changes. You don’t want to ram the nozzle into your bed.
