My slicer is all of a sudden not doing as well as it has. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, light mode, I have downgraded to V5 and still does not cut correctly. As you can see from the pics The marker protruding is not there. it has the cup and the letters but cuts off part of the marker. Has anyone seen this before and do you know the fix.

Can you download and try to slice this exact model in Orca Slicer?
Let me know if it slices correctly or if the issue still persists. This will allow us to narrow down on whether the issue is related to a software bug in Creality Print or if it’s caused by the model itself having some issue.

Have you tried to use the “repair” function ?
When the slicer doesn’t see a surface/volume, it generally is because there is a modeling issue
Change walls to arachne and turn on “detect thin walls”. Looks like they are just too thin
