software issues, beyond v 6.2

Hi,

is anyone else having problems loading the slicing software. Anything after v6.2 will not load. The icon appears but does nothing. tried all releases beyond v6.2 without success.

any help would be much appreciated.

Printer : K2 Pro.

PC. Windows 11.

any other information required?

Be aware, Creality Print 6.x and Creality Print 7.x ARE INSTALLED ON DIFFERENT folders and different start menu sections.

Even if the Creality Print 7.x told you it will uninstall previous one, IT DID NOT REMOVE Creality Print 6.x. so you can end with links to Creality Print 6.x and also for Creality Print 7.x

manually remove all of them and install latest you like.

thanks for the pointer, unfortunately tried it a couple of times but still not working.

I have both v6.3 and 7 working on my laptop but unable to sort it on my desktop.

cannot get any version working past v6.2.

But, what error do you have? please be more specific and provide details, my crystal ball is broken now.

Sorry…..

It appears to have installed ok…but when I click to open it nothing happens. it also does not show in task manager. showing no errors..

I have windows 11 and run 7.1 with no issues at all.
