Hello everyone. I have an ender 3 max neo. I purchased a sonic pad and hooked it up and im trying to go through setup.
It goes through until it gets to the probe calibration part the motors get tension on them but none of the xyz axis move. Almost like they are stuck. Once it fails with an error message i can move everything freely again.
That is the error i get on the screen. No idea how to fix.
