Hi, I recently had to repair my printer, and as it was under warranty, Creality sent me everything I needed quite quickly (I was pleased with that).
However, one important part was missing: amongst the parts to be replaced was the extrusion kit module, which they sent without its corresponding cable. So I tried to use the one from the ‘old’ extruder, but when I removed it, one of the cables came loose from the connector, and it’s impossible to repair because it’s so tiny.
My question is: can I buy a set of cables for the C. Hi that includes all the cables the printer needs? I ask because I’ve realised that all the cables are stuck to the connectors with a bit of silicone, so you have to remove them with surgical precision and a lot of patience, and even then, you can still mess it up.
