Strange support parts payment process

Has anyone purchased K2 Plus replacement parts directly from Creality support this way?

I have an open Creality support ticket for a failed K2 Plus Y-axis motor and some spare parts. Support has quoted the parts from the China warehouse and instructed me to send $194.78 by PayPal to Crealityhk4838@creality.com, then email them a screenshot of the payment. They say they can issue an invoice only after the parts ship.

The emails are coming from cs@creality.com and the ticket is on Creality’s official support site, but the payment process seems unusual to me.

Has anyone here used this exact PayPal account or this same process successfully?

I’m mainly looking to confirm that this is a normal Creality parts-order procedure before I send payment.

I have ordered and received Creality parts but I buy them on Amazon. Look up the part you need then copy it to Amazon and order it. Same price range. I looked on Amazon for the Y stepper motor. I didn’t find it but found the Z and the Extruder Stepper motors. Both of them are around $25. They are Creality parts.
