I’m trying to create a password for my Ferret and each time I do, the pc app crashes. Everything is up to date-scanner, phone app, wireless bridge, pc app..the popup in the software lets me create the password but when I click ok, a dialogue box shows up momentarily suggesting some kind of error then the pc app crashes and I’m back to square one. Has anybody had similar issues? I’m afraid to contact Creality support because I haven’t had any help from them in the past so any guidance from someone experiencing the same issue is appreciated.
I have just purchased my Halot Mage with a Scanner. I have the same problem. My laptop connects to the Ferret but when I try to enter/change a password in Creality Scan 4, the software crashes. I have downloaded all of the latest software that the supplied software requested. Any help would be appreciated
