Upgrade issue ender 3 v-3 se nebula pad.

I’m upgrading my ender 3 v-3 se with a nebula smart kit. I have put the firmware that comes with the USB in the kit onto an SD card. I have plugged the screen in and get to this screen and my network doesn’t show up. All I get is this screen. I can skip or go next but once I choose my timezone then the model I get a whole bunch of these screens that just end up looping me back to the start and then back to the error messages.

How can I fix this. There is nowhere to download the firmware from anymore. All I have is what creality gives you on the USB. I’m not sure what to do now?

PLEASE HELP

I had similar issues with mine and just got it working. My SE has the new (C14) motherboard, and none of the publicly available firmware is compatible with the Nebula Pad. Contact Creality support and explain the situation. They will ask for some info about your printer and likely send you the updated firmware for the motherboard and image file for the pad. This is of course, if you have the newer motherboard.
