I put in the wrong length of screw on the side plate, and now the bed is like this. How do I manually turn the front right lead screw to fix the bed
depower the machine. Wait for at least some amount of minutes to let the discharging happen on the caps.
Then, rotate it by hand. I am not a professional in this field but I seem to think what you are asking is to understand how to maneuver the lead screws. Is that correct?
With the machine being in a state of unlevelness, I think rotating (by hand) the lead screws is one way if indeed you have already took it apart to put in a new lead screw.
Also, there is a two-option set of arguments that you can use on the touchscreen.
It is under the gear icon and then system and then Self-Check.

P.S. I made a very short video on it: https://youtu.be/hTB0ZuvCIRw
Also, if you update hardware or software, this is one routine that works but only if everything (the bed) is mildly level.
Personally, I would just shutdown the machine, wait, and then apply some good, ole mechanics to the bed leveling and then follow the video instruction(s).
update and warning!
I am not a mfg. of the Flagship series nor am I affiliated with Creality. This is a guess on my part because I really do not have more background data on what you have done.
Thanks I twisted the lead screw by hand from opening up the bottom plate. It is fixed now!
Triple Yes!
There was another chat in this forum about a PID test. You might want to run that along with the Self-Check calibrations too.
