Its the cooling fan, both my V3SE and V3KE did this. They have settled down now they have bedded in. You can check the fan for dust/debris but I think many of them do this. It will shut up when it has warmed up. You could peel back the label on the fan and add a drip of light oil to the spindle, might work also. Mine just settled down and stopped making that noise and run normally, both machines in daily use.
