Right guys im a real idiot when it comes to anything like this, its all new to me. Right when i go on the likes of Thingivrse and download a file, when i find it it says i need to unzip it. How do i do this, Each time this unzip thing comes up asking me to pay?? Is that correct?? Thanks in advance.

I use a free system called 7 zip where you can download here

I keep a USB stick to put all my printer files on. Find the zip file and right click on it to bring up this menu:
A new folder will be created with your print files.
7-Zip should be there. If not maybe reboot…
Windows 11, right click the zip file and click extract all. It will create a new folder of the same name sans .zip. Windows 10 and before I would use 7 zip or winrar (it does ask for money just ignore it)
Well, just download a utility called UnZip to be able to ‘unzip’ the file…there are a lot of un-zipper programs… Gzip, Rar, Stuffit, Unarchiver…depending on your platform, PC, Mac…
